My procedure went great however, I feel I was very misled during my consultation when it came to my insurance and what I would be expected to pay. When I went in for the consultation I was concerned about being out of network and was told it wouldn’t be a problem, that they would price it so that it was in accordance with what my coverage allowed and I wouldn’t owe much of anything. Looking back I should have stayed in network or the very least called my insurance company directly to confirm. I understand that is on me for blindly trusting. Now I’m out $600 that I don’t have. Insurance is confusing enough, they should be more careful in how the financial information is presented to patients who are out of network in particular.

We made the appointment, and were seen the next day. Dr. advised me that the tooth needs to be pulled. Nurse Virginia said have a seat.He will be out in 20 minutes!!! She was right.Dr. Rasmussen pulled it , no pain.He is so quick and excellent at what he does. I knew this from previous experience. I had full mouth extraction when he did my implants.. If you need anything done don’t hesitate! He is the best ❤️

I had my first appointment today and was very impressed! The receptionist was so nice and helpful! I had X-rays taken by a wonderful girl and met with the dentist. He really took the time to answer my many, many questions! I feel confident that I will be well taken care of at future appointments!

Dr. R has been available and highly responsive to my questions, concerns, and frankly anxiety regarding dental procedures.
